WAdsworth Youth CHeer Leadership Team
One Cheer Program — K-12
Wadsworth Youth Cheer is excited to begin a new chapter—built on unity, purpose, and pride. Wadsworth Cheer will now operate as ONE unified program from kindergarten through 12th grade, creating transparency, consistency, and continuity while providing a stronger developmental path for every athlete.
New Program Structure
To support this vision, Youth Cheer will now include:
- Youth Cheer Board
- Level Coordinators (one per football division)
- Team Leads (formerly “Team Moms”)
- Squad Coaches

We are committed to fostering a positive, team-centered environment rooted in respect, growth, and confidence. We strongly believe that cheerleaders are athletes, and our program will reflect that mindset at every level.
